Our hearts go out to the Broderick family and would like to offer our deepest condolences from the Singh Family.

Okay, I have said it once, and I will say it again. People who are between the ages of 16 through 21 and people who are over the age of 65 should have to take the driving test every year to show that they are capable or still capable of handling a vehicle on today's roads. I know it is cruel and harsh, but I really think this is the way it should be.
