Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a
41-year-old Cambodian man with the mental capacity of a five-year-old.
On Thursday, May 22, 2008, Phok Lim, began his daily routine of picking
up recyclable goods around his neighborhood. He left his home located
in 10800 block of White Street in Sun Valley around 5:00 a.m., and has
not been seen since.
Mr. Lim has black hair, brown eyes, stands 5’4” and weighs 149 pounds. He is blind in the left eye, walks with a sever limp and has the mental capacity of a five-year-old. In addition, Mr. Lim only speaks Cambodian.

Great News, Great News!!
The Lim family wants to thank the LAPD Team for all of their
support and taking the time to inform the public regarding the disappearance of Phok Lim.
We want to inform you that our prayers were answered and on
May 28, a good Samaritan drop Phok off at Sun Valley Park. Phok,
had a physical last night and is in good health. Once again, we want to thank LAPD for playing a major part in helping us find our loved one.
