Los Angeles:
Los Angeles Police Department Newton Division Homicide Detectives are
asking for the public’s help in locating the suspect who is responsible
for the killing of a 20-year-old man.
On May 6, 2010, at around 1:30 p.m., Demetrius Meriwether, a resident of Los Angeles, was shot and killed at a burger stand in the 240 block of West Adams Boulevard. The paramedics responded and pronounced Demetrius dead at scene.
The Suspect is described as a male, Black, 20-30 years-old, standing about 6 feet tall. The suspect left the scene in a silver or gray Dodge Charger with chrome rims. The motive for the shooting is unknown.
