Assistant Chief Earl Paysinger provided an updated crime statistics saying the Department has made incredible efforts in crime prevention and crime awareness.

Department’s report,, dated July 26, 2012, relative to the approval of the donation of several miscellaneous items (250 Child Print I.D. kits, six burlap gunny sacks, one projector screen light bulb), valued at $517.14, from the Topanga Boosters, to be handed out to the community at the upcoming National Night Out event, for the benefit of Topanga Area, as set forth. Department’s report, dated July 26, 2012, relative to the Request for approval to negotiate an Agreement with Selected Proposer, NCM Contracting Group, LP, for Lead Abatement Services, as set forth. [BPC #12-0315] was approved. The Department is authorized to negotiate an Agreement with NCM Contracting Group, LP.

Department’s report, dated July 26, 2012, relative to the Request for Payment of Reward Offer on City Council File No. 07-0010-S39, as set forth, [BPC #12-0318] was approved and transmitted to the Mayor and City Council.

Department’s report, dated July 27, 2012, relative to the DNA Monthly Report for June 2012, as set forth, [BPC #12-0319] was approved and transmitted to the City Council.

Department’s report, dated July 26, 2012, relative to the Audit/Inspection Recommendation Status Report for July 2012, as set forth, will be revisited in 30 days.

Department’s report, dated July 26, 2012, relative to the Follow-Up of the Property Division Performance Audit-Original Audit, IAID No. 10-171, Follow-Up Audit, IAID No. 12-004, as set forth, will be revisited in two weeks.

Department’s report, dated July 24, 2012, relative to the Request for Authority to Destroy Obsolete Records – Duplicate/Official Records for West Valley Area, as set forth. [BPC #12-0317] was approved and transmitted to the City Clerk, Records Management Officer.

this reminds me, i hope the city and lapd are prepared for possible riots after the trayvon case.
