What I want to know is how does a citizen contact Chief Beck when he or she wants to file a complaint against a police station and not just a single officer? The Southeast station ignores citizen's calls for assistance when it come to stopping loud music coming from a house or a vehicle all night or whenever there is a disturbance. Tonight several calls have been placed by neighbors regarding extremely loud music coming from a house on the 9700 blk of So. San Pedro St and the offendor was allowed to play his music the entire night undeterred by police despite numerous calls from the neighbors. Criminals rule the LAPD, there is no doubt about it. I went to lapdonline.org and to contact someone and the phone to front desk only rang and no one answered. What kind of police department doesn't answer the public's calls for assistance of even at the front desk? A police team who doesn't care and who are probably sleeping on the job. It is 4:30 am and the music is still blaring and has been since 10:30 pm last night. The Southeast police station is an embarrassment.
