Good Morning, this is my first visit to this "WPCM Notes" - page; this is not clear, Ladies and Genlemen:
1. Is WPCM open to the Public
(I would like to see "the five" a little closer, why not? My call to (213) 486-6001 as from Sep. 20, 2012 was not returned :-(
2. Who is author to approve my concerns, if I decide to post something? What's probability?
3. When and what mayor decided to skip Professional Commissioner and swore "the five" political appointee, who well complemented officers for hard working (it is good), but in exchange of what practice?
4. What is name of Chief Charlies Beck's first book? (I impressed by Bratton's ,"Turnaround")
5. What are names of Ms. Ordin's books about police work and necessity of proper investigations timely?
I was wondering about approval of the shown above.
Thanks, Boris K'Zorin
