On April 10, 2014, around 3:30 p.m., Mrs. Arnold was last seen at her residence in the 2400 block of Ridgeley Drive in the Wilshire Area of Los Angeles. Mrs. Arnold has not been seen or heard from since. Her family is extremely concerned for her welfare due to her ongoing medical care. .jpg) Ruth Ann Johnson Arnold is described as a 68-year-old female African American with brown hair, brown eyes, stands 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighs around 140 pounds.
