Los Angeles: The family of Alyssa Anne Lewis and the Los Angeles Police Department requests the public's assistance in locating her.
On August 13, 2017, Alyssa was last seen in the 13100 block of Hubbard Street in the City of Sylmar. She has not been seen or heard from since.
Alyssa suffers from mental illness and requires medication for her condition.
Alyssa is described as a 24-year-old white female, brown hair, blue eyes, standing at 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 105 pounds.
