On March 14, 2025 at around 6:15 a.m., officers from LAPD’s Foothill Area Police Station responded to the 10200 block of Sunland Ave in the Shadow Hills Area to investigate a possible assault with a deadly weapon crime. When they arrived at the location, they found 54-year-old Edward McMahon, a resident of Los Angeles, suffering from a single gunshot wound to the chest lying in the yard of a home.

So its okay to murder someone if that person is outside your home trying to take gas from you. Is that the message you wanted to put out to us???Well I am shocked that everyone thinks its ok to kill someone over a gallon of gas/ the person who shot and killed this guy is not telling the whole story. Just think about it! it just does not make any sense at all..

This guy got away with MURDER. he should have called the cops or at the least fired a warning shot first, he really did not have to KILL this guy. But we only have his side of the story, We may never know the what really happened now will we?

Funny how those who don't have ALL the facts of the case (since it's still under investigation), type away their opinions for public view demonstrating how ignorant and uninformed they are.
There is possibly a hundred reasons that would cause the thief to be shot. No one has been informed of the actions of the thief other than the theft. Many times a theft becomes a robbery in the snap of a finger, and a bad decision to challenge an armed person becomes a fatal decision.
Until ALL the facts of this case is revealed and the DA makes a decision, let us all SHUT UP and WAIT.

Ok so you call me IGNORANT For leaving my opinion out in public, Well I we all know who the ignorant one is here. And maybe the TRUTH hurts... Huh???? freedom of speech. and maybe if the public was informed about the (Whos Whats and whys) we would understand more about it.
