this is directed to chief of police charlie beck about the recent video of the murder of a homeless man who was shot five times by your officers this man referred to as africa by bystanders he was shot over here his tent was i suggest you educate your officers on excessive force and teach them that one man only need one man to restrain him not six while your at it ask for every officer that was on the scene when this execution occurred to hand in their badges and guns and resign and to write their confessions for first degree murder this is a serious problem all over and someone needs to start making changes so chief of police charlie beck please stand up and do something about this instead of sitting by idly and letting the blood of innocent people stain your hands
