Los Angeles: The family of Gabriel Martinez and the Los Angeles Police Department's Missing Persons Unit is requesting the public's help in locating him.
Gabriel Martinez was last seen on August 1, 2015, around 7:40 p.m., in the 900 block of West 84th Street, in the city of Los Angeles. Gabriel's family is concerned that he has not returned, or been located, due to him being severely Autistic and non-verbal.
Gabriel is described as a 19-year-old male Hispanic with brown hair and hazel eyes. He stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 125 pounds. Gabriel was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, white & green shorts and black shoes.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Gabriel Martinez is asked to contact Detective L. Saiza, LAPD Missing Persons Unit, at (213) 996-1800. During non-business hours or on weekends, calls should be directed to 1-877-LAPD-24-7 (877-527-3247). Anyone wishing to remain anonymous should call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477). Tipsters may also contact Crime Stoppers by texting to phone number 274637 (C-R-I-M-E-S on most keypads) with a cell phone. All text messages should begin with the letters "LAPD."
