Los Angeles: LAPD Hollenbeck Homicide Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating the suspect who shot and killed a man on Saturday night.
On Saturday, January 19, 2013, around 10:15 p.m., Los Angeles Police Department Hollenbeck patrol officers responded to a shooting call in the 5100 block of Huntington Drive. When the officers arrived they found a man lying on the sidewalk suffering from gunshot wounds. Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded and transported the victim to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead the following morning. The investigation revealed that the victim and the suspect had an argument. The suspect pulled out a handgun, shot Mancilla multiple times, got into a white sedan and drove away from the scene. There is no further description of the suspect.

Justice shall Prevail..This killer shall be found . God uses Detectives and Judges and the prosection team to do his works. i belive that He will be punished life in prison..WHEn he killed Angel and left my grandbabies with out a daddy. he also took his own life... there is no life in prison. He died when Angel died.. RIP Angel we miss you...

Eduard martinez killed Angel and I hope justice is served .i hope he gets everything he deserves. And I don't care he will rot in prison .

A petition should be signed in getting as many signatures that we can so that the prosecuting team in Angels Mancilla case get charge him with a life sentences for each bullet he used to kill angel . Four life sentences he will never see the world or his own kids like angel won't...eduard martinez .i declare that eduard Never sees his children and holds them again. .no mercy !!!! One day his children will know what he did to another child. Praying for his children and angels ..
