The Foothills Paper said RIP Billy.
If they found him why haven't they notified anyone about it? Was he found or not? We really want to know what happened. I know a lot of people that love and care about Bill. And if the L.A.P.D KNOW what happened why won't they tell anyone about it.what's really going on here.?
